Are you a church planter or desire to be involved in church planting? Jay can help you and your team get involved in church planting. If you want to be a sending church, a supporting church, or develop a church planting residency, Jay can help you develop the tools to engage the mission field through church planting.
Working with you and your team to develop training that is hands-on and leaves you with the tools necessary to take the next step in accomplishing your mission. Jay’s goal is not to tell you the vision but rather to activate the vision God has given you. Each coaching session is personalized to meet the needs of the individual or organization.
Jay loves serving pastors! Jay is available to speak at your weekend worship gatherings, special events (retreats, camps, marriage, etc.), or simply to encourage your team at a staff meeting/retreat. Are you a church planter? Sometimes the hardest thing to do is take a weekend off. Jay would love to support you so you can!
Sometimes it can be difficult to have someone you can trust. There are those who, because of certain limitations, are not able to attend or participate in a church community. Jay can provide a safe place to talk, seek Godly counsel, and navigate life’s challenges.
